The Caribbean in general and Trinidad and Tobago in particular has had an education system that is dominated by academic standing, and sometimes, or often-times does not focus on the whole person. At Jane E. M. Carter and Associates we work with children, young people and adults to determine their areas of interest and the careers that would be well suited to them, based on this. We are committed to helping people into their full potential.

One-on-one Assessment
You or your child will sit in a private therapy room and complete an assessment which will give us information about strengths and weaknesses, interests and career options based on their responses.

Thorough Feedback
When the results are returned, we will sit down with you and/or your child and discuss the findings, your personal aspirations and goals and work with you to develop a detailed plan.

No Long Term Commitment 
We believe in equipping people with the skills to successfully manage their own lives, so we will devise a schedule to get you the services you need in the shortest amount of time, with the least number of return visits.

A Unique Service
There is no other service like this in the Trinidad and Tobago public education system, but we are very serious about developing our local community and offering our people the assistance they need to be their best self.
